YOUR ROLE
As a true Agilist, you are the driving force behind a successful Scrum team in a software- or hardware engineering environment. You make teams more productive and mature thanks to your servant leadership.
In this role, you will:
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, retrospective meetings and best practices.
- Coach product owners on how to break down work packages into small stories.
- Help individuals and the team efficiently achieve shared goals.
- Optimize team performance through Agile methodologies.
YOUR PROFILE
- A bachelor's or master's degree with a technical focus and at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a technical industry.
- A servant leader that is not only facilitating but actively improving and therefore familiar with best practices.
- PSM1 Professional Scrum Master certification; SAFe certification and experience with Jira are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, and the ability to motivate the team in a positive and constructive manner.
