YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager/Solution Architect with a strong background in Power Platform, Azure Cloud, and Generative AI, who also brings solid project management experience. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-impact outcomes.

YOUR TASKS

• Solution Design & Architecture
  Design end-to-end automation and AI solutions using Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud), Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Cognitive Services), and GenAI/Agentic AI frameworks. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and scalability requirements.
• Project Leadership
  Manage project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies. Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and MVP delivery. Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT stakeholders. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• AI & Agentic Integration
  Identify opportunities to embed GenAI and Agentic AI capabilities into automation workflows. Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to integrate LLMs, copilots, and autonomous agents into business processes.
• Governance & Quality Assurance
  Uphold best practices in automation governance, security, and compliance. Lead design reviews and ensure adherence to internal frameworks and industry standards.
• Resource Coordination
  Work with staffing partners to ensure the right mix of skills and capacity across projects. Support team development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.

YOUR PROFILE

• 5+ years of experience in IT solution delivery, including at least 2–3 years in a Solution Architect or Senior Developer role
• Hands-on expertise in Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud), Power Apps, and Dataverse
• Strong knowledge of Azure services relevant to automation and AI (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions)
• Experience designing and integrating GenAI and Agentic AI solutions
• Solid understanding of automation governance, security, and scalability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar LLM-based orchestration tools
• Familiarity with M365 integration, SharePoint, and Teams automation
• Certifications in Azure, Power Platform, or AI/ML technologies
• Proficiency in German is a strong plus
