YOUR TASKS

• Manage Process Mining/ BI application solutions through entire implementation life cycle.
• Design and develop data connections and data models, visual reports, dashboard, KPI scorecards and other relevant business insights.
• Conduct requirement gathering and project scoping sessions with subject matter experts, business users and executive stakeholders to discover and define business reporting needs.
• Making recommendations to improve business processes, positioning process mining/ data intelligence software products.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design and functional manuals.
• Analyze data and information received from Client to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations, support less experience team members in their analysis / report out quality
• Conduct user training and provide support for BI solutions, ensuring business users can maximize the value of data insights.
• Continuously monitor and improve dashboard performance, ensuring scalability and optimization for business needs.
• Participate in the transformation programs that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, , automation potential assessment, ERP/Platform solutions implementation, RPA implementation, transition,
• Represent IFAO P&C Digital Enablers team in front of external Clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services Engagements

• Actively build valuable relationships with joint team members and with clients at peer level
• Interact with Client Stakeholders and build long lasting relationship that will result in successful sale of future opportunities
• Actively support development of transformational assets and methods; contribute to product development in his/her area of expertise. Identify new product opportunities and work towards its design. Propose new products / initiatives to offer lead
• Actively engage on pursuits, bids, and sell-on opportunities developing impactful content and demonstrating commercial awareness/acumen
• Keep abreast of technology technological developments, their strengths and weaknesses and suggest technology related improvements within the given area of expertise

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital project management with a focus on data analytics or business intelligence.
• Proficient with analytical tools supporting data analysis, reporting and visualization
• Strong understanding of data warehouses and their role in business intelligence, data integration, and analytics.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and experience working with large-scale datasets and data sources.
• Experienced in projects implementing SQL and Power Query for data modeling and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Know-how of data structures - capability to evaluate complex data and work with complicated processes
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Very strong quantitative/analytical skillset.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality solutions.
• Strong attention to details and technicalities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands.
• Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner.
• A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view.

• Fluent English, (French or German would be an asset)
• Knowledge of additional business intelligence tools like PowerBI or Tableau or similar platforms is advantageous
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint), Project Management Tools (e.g.: Monday.com, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Azure Boards etc.)
• Experience and skills in consulting projects will be an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in at least one of the ERPs: S4H, SAP ECC or Oracle will be an advantage
• General process knowledge - AP/AR/GL/MDM (others as advantage)
• Implementation experience/ certification in digital twin/ process mining software – Celonis, SAP Signavio a strong advantage
• Programming experience in Python a plus
