Position Overview
The Salesforce AgentForce Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing application support and enhancements to the AgentForce solution in the production environment. This role will involve managing the solution strategy roadmap and coordinating expectations with counterparts in India. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce and proven experience in technical leadership.
Your role
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce AgentForce solutions.
- Oversee application support and enhancements for AgentForce in the production environment.
- Manage the solution strategy roadmap for Salesforce AgentForce, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with counterparts in India to manage expectations and deliver AgentForce solutions.
- Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure system stability and performance.
- Develop and implement best practices for Salesforce AgentForce development and deployment.
- Train and mentor team members on Salesforce AgentForce technologies and methodologies.
- Maintain documentation of AgentForce system configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Conduct regular system audits and perform necessary upgrades and modifications to AgentForce.
- Stay current with Salesforce AgentForce updates and industry trends to ensure the company's solutions remain cutting-edge.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Salesforce AgentForce development and implementation.
- Proven experience in technical leadership and project management.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce AgentForce architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
- Technical proficiency in Salesforce AgentForce platforms and tools.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $97,700-$203,800. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
