Your Role :

• • You will lead end-to-end implementation from requirements gathering through build/configuration, testing, data migration towards deployment and training
  • You will work together as a team to improve business processes of customer organizations and advising them about the impact of the new technologies on their enterprise, providing them insights into their current and desired situation, proposing a fitting SAP solution
  • You will be a trusted advisor of customers to provide a SAP HCM roadmap, following the newest evolutions in SAP HRCM and S/4HANA
  • You will guide our customers in the transformation of their SAP HR landscape to S/4HANA or SuccessFactors
  • As a senior consultant, you will drive the SAP HR expertise within Capgemini, working closely together with our teams specialized in SuccessFactors and other S/4HANA modules
  • You are responsible for our SAP HR service offering and go to market. You will take ownership in driving the sales process for new prospects in close collaboration with our sales team.

Your Profile :

• • Hands-on experience in core HR processes and implementing multiple SAP HR modules (PA, OM, PY, TIME)
  • Project experience in S/4HANA HCM Rise private & public, S/4HANA HCM Grow, SAP ECP and SAP Rise ECC
  • Knowledge of both SAP R3 and S/4HANA is required
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, SAP Workszone or ABAP is a plus
  • A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in coaching and leading a team
  • Fluent in Dutch/French, and professional working proficiency in English
