Vietnamese Master Data Management Senior Associate

To provide daily operational support to a Global FMCG manufacturer from SEA and will manage Master Data domain such as: Material, Customer, Vendor, Pricing, Asset and Employee MDM.

General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Provides daily operational support to a Global FMCG manufacturer from SEA.

• Experience in handling any Master Data domain such as: Material, Customer, Vendor, Pricing, Asset and Employee MDM.

• Analyze email request and templates

• Intermediate Mandarin Language proficiency

• Identify and communicate with responsible parties’ necessary information

• Participate in process documentation and participate in knowledge exchange according to set standards.

• Pre and post check supporting documents (translate from Vietnamese to English if needed).

• Provide translation assistance to the Team if needed.

• Performs creation and maintenance of Master Data information or records in client data base following all procedures from the SOP and adheres to the defined process controls and data standards.

• Perform duplicate search, blocking, unblocking

• Work closely with Local counterparts

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Investigate and respond on all client inquiries, concern, and escalations.

• Ensure all deliverables are completed within the agreed SLA

• Ticket management and monitors the MDM group mailbox for requests and follows First In, First Out – FIFO logic.

• Ensure accurate execution of each request and transaction.

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification):

Preferably Bachelor’s Degree (Business and Finance)

With Master Data Management background

SAP experience
