Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical CRM Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations, strong technical expertise, and a customer-facing approach.
Primary Skills
- 4–10 years of experience in Technical CRM roles.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with multiple full-cycle implementations.
- Experience with CRM/XRM versions and D365 customization and configuration.
- Proficient in web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, SOAP, REST.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform:
- PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI.
- Experience in DevOps, GIT, Jira.
- Integration experience with third-party applications.
- Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong communication and analytical skills; customer-facing experience.
- Experience in agile delivery models and working under tight timelines.
Secondary Skills
- Experience with on-premise/cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations.
- Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint APIs, and Dynamics 365 APIs.
- Experience with Microsoft Flow, Power BI report development.
- Exposure to marketing automation tools like:
- RESCO, Scribe, KingswaySoft, ClickDimensions.
