YOUR ROLE
- Prepare technical analysis based on functional specifications.
- Develop software using COBOL, CICS, and DB2, following internal programming standards and based on previously prepared technical analysis documents.
- Use JCL for job control and batch processing.
- Create and execute unit and system test plans for projects managed by or involving the core team.
- Produce various types of documentation in accordance with the methodologies in use within the IT department.
- Communicate effectively in Portuguese (spoken and written) and English (written).
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong knowledge of COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL.
- At least 3 years of experience in technical roles, particularly in COBOL programming.
- Proficiency in data modeling and writing efficient SQL queries.
- Technical expertise in Back Office systems for Securities and Funds.
- Functional knowledge of Financial Markets.
- General understanding of Information Systems architecture and organizational design.
- Preferably familiar with methodologies and tools such as CMMI, LEAN IT, Microfocus, COBOL Studio, and QualityCenter.
- Ability to design and implement testing methodologies to ensure software quality
- Fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) – required.
- Fluent English (written) – required.
- French – optional, considered a plus.
