Job Description

• Collaborate with the team with the aim of delivering overall value to the customer with Salesforce as the core solution.
• Meet with stakeholders/end-users to understand their needs, problems, and desired outcomes; Document findings in clear and concise documentation.
• Work with the project team to define functional and technical specifications for the new system/functionality/enhancement; Write user stories and design process flows to illustrate desired to-be solutions.
• Translate and convey technical limitations to end-users and collaborate to find alternative workarounds.
• Perform setup and configuration in Salesforce to meet functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Understand system functionalities, create test scripts, test & validate functionalities, and facilitate test activities (unit test, SIT, UAT etc.)
• Work with the team to craft role-based training materials, user guides and facilitate training.
• Create, update and maintain relevant project documentation proactively.
• Participate actively in all activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track progress against deadlines, identify and highlight risks, ensuring proper communication within the project team.
• Forge strong working relationships with internal and customer stakeholders to handle their requests, operational issues, or queries.
• Specific role-based responsibilities may be assigned based on project requirements, experience, and fit, but these responsibilities will remain within the functional track. Team members may also be evaluated for other tracks if suitable and based on interest.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce consultancy, configuration and business analysis. For senior positions: demonstrated advanced knowledge, mentorship, and functional lead capabilities.
• Minimally certified in Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder and Consultant certificates. Salesforce technical skills are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
• Knowledge or understanding of project lifecycle
• Familiarity in diagramming modelling
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong sense of ownership for project/tasks and responsibility
• Always begin with an end in mind with strong desire to for customer satisfaction
• Past experience of working in Singapore Public Sector with relevant clearances will be advantageous.
• Experience with CI/CD and collaboration tools preferred
