Your Role

As a Medior to Senior Scrum Master/Consultant, you will:

• Guide and coach teams and stakeholders to apply Agile/Scrum principles effectively.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness.
• Support teams in managing project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Promote collaboration, problem-solving, and transparency within the team.
• Identify and address impediments to ensure continuous progress.

Your Profile

Must haves:

• Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level).
• Proven Scrum Master experience in an IT environment.
• Professional certifications (PSM 2 or SAFe Scrum Master).
• Advanced communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to delivering results.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with DevOps and IT delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of (business) processes and requirements.
• Experience in coaching and relationship management in a global context.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
