Your role

Our regional team is looking for project management reinforcements. As a project management consultant, you will act as a problem solver and support the delivery of our clients IT projects. You will do so by supporting and optimizing customer processes and practices. This position embodies the key domains of project management: evaluate progress, implement change, and assure anticipated outcomes are achieved.

Level

Currently we are looking to enrich our teams with junior, medior and senior consultants. You can count on a challenge that is equal to your abilities.

Due to our large organization, we can engage resources from all experience levels for our broad portfolio of clients, projects and assignments.

On top of this all, every person’s individual growth is assured due to our focus on T-shaped employees. Your profile – Skills & Experiences (in accordance with your level)

• Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level),
• Starting as of 2 years experience in Project Management,
• Knowledgeable in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI-PMBOK, AgilePM, etc.),
• Diplomatic and pragmatic,
• Communicative and empathic,
• Result-driven,
• Plans and reports in a structured and unambiguous manner.

• Local Office: Ghent
• Focus area: West & East Flanders

Languages and mobility

• Resident in the region
• Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a big plus)
