As a Technical Consultant/Developer in our Operations team, you’ll be responsible for the support and enhancement of our client's software programs and applications. You'll work as part of a team and sometimes independently.
You will play a role in:
- Technical support of Dynamics 365
- Writing code
- Testing and analyzing of systems
- Working proactively to add value to our clients’ solutions
Your profile:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform (online all modules)
- Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports and dashboards
- Knowledge of data integration and system integration using API's, RESTful services and other methods
- Experience with D365 CE modules such as Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
