1. Good BA experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
2. Good Agile experience. Hands on in Feature, epic, user story creations and refinement to the squad.
3. Good experience in converting the business requirements and writing an elaborate business/technical solutions documents.
4. Good knowledge in the end-to-end flows of the various payment types like – cross border / RTGS / ACH / Fast Payments / Own account payments.
5. Good hands-on in Atlassian & Microsoft Office and Collaboration tools – Jira, Confluence, MS Team, MS Office Suite, Whiteboard etc.
6. Good knowledge in SQL, and integration layers like – MQ, APIs etc.,
7. Good analytics skills
