Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your role
You will work with our clients and Capgemini colleagues to deliver sustainable business change that realises the business outcomes by developing and implementing learning strategies, needs analysis and programs and designing learning courses. Typically, our approach centres on technology enabled change, from large-scale ERP programmes to smaller, digital application development and everything in between. You’ll need to be comfortable working in both waterfall and agile methods of transformation.
Within your role as Learning Enablement Consultant, you will:
- Work alongside our clients to address the learning aspects of ERP package implementations and bespoke technology developments
- Develop strong and trusted relationships with clients and our own teams
- Be seen as a subject matter expert across a broad range of learning and enablement elements and help us continuously improve our learning offer
- Take an active part in sales and pre-sales activity; developing credentials and contributing to bids
- Mentor and develop our people, particularly our early and emerging talent

Your skills and experience
As a Learning Enablement Consultant, you’ll work on a range of transformation projects across industry. You will understand our client’s business needs and creatively shape and deliver learning solutions to meet those needs.
As a Learning and Enablement Consultant, you will be either TAP, LPI or CIPD certified and you will be able to plan, design and implement the delivery of truly blended learning solutions.
You will want to collaborate with our clients to understand the needs of their business and its customers and then identify, design and implement learning solutions and technology products that will allow them to achieve their business goals. You will have demonstrable consulting skills and be adept at engaging all key stakeholders to make sure that the learning will drive adoption outcomes.
Experience in ERP transformation is desirable; including process knowledge for learning content creation and practical design and content authoring for digital adoption platforms.
Your security clearance
Security Check (SC) Clearance
To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.
