Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Associate with a strong background in the Cards and Payments domain, particularly in card issuance and authorization journeys. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in collections and recoveries, secured lending, and cloud migration, along with a passion for driving architectural innovation in financial services.

Lead architectural design within business areas impacting both customers and colleagues.

Develop and own end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business goals.

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), trusted by business stakeholders to drive innovation and transformation.

Challenge the status quo by introducing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking.

Collaborate continuously with a team of architects to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions.

Ensure architectural solutions are aligned with Domain Driven Design principles.

Provide technical leadership and direction to a team of architects.

Manage large-scale change initiatives and deliver effective, sustainable solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at CTO and CIO levels.

Required Experience

Prior experience in Cards and Payments, especially in card issuance and authorization.

Hands-on experience in Cards and Loans collections and recoveries.

Exposure to secured lending in banking is a plus.

Experience in migrating legacy systems to cloud platforms is highly desirable.

Proven track record of leading architectural initiatives with measurable business impact.

Strong understanding of Domain Driven Design and its application in financial services.
