YOUR TEAM:

We change the world using technology, providing software that you use when driving a car, crossing borders safely in Europe or receiving a shipment of clothes from your favorite brand. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and solutions. As a servant leader and coach, you will drive Agile best practices, facilitate team ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure optimal team performance and delivery outcomes.

YOUR TASKS:

• serve as Scrum Master for one or two cross-functional Agile teams;
• facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives;
• remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement;
• coach team members on Agile values, principles, and practices to promote Agile maturity;
• collaborate closely with Product Owners to ensure a clear and prioritized product backlog;
• protect the team from interruptions and distractions;
• support the organization’s Agile transformation and contribute to scaling Agile practices;
• use metrics and reporting tools (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity tracking, Jira dashboards) to improve team performance and transparency;
• champion Agile principles throughout the organization and help foster a strong Agile culture.

YOUR PROFILE:

• 3–6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development or digital product environment;
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS);
• Proven experience leading Agile teams and working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology;
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms;
• Experience in scaled Agile environments or coordinating across multiple teams is a plus.

NICE TO HAVE:

• experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or working with cloud-based environments;
• background in software engineering or product management;
• familiarity with metrics-driven coaching and Agile maturity assessments.
