Job Description
As a Capex Project Manager, you will lead the definition and execution of major capital projects for pharmaceutical companies. These projects may include new construction, demolition, or revamping activities across diverse technical environments such as Automation, Clean and Black Utilities, Fire Remediation, High and Low Voltage systems, Pharmaceutical Equipment, and both GMP and non-GMP areas.
Role
In this role, your responsibilities will include:
Managing stakeholders and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Guaranteeing that objectives are met in terms of safety, quality, costs, and deadlines.Proactively identifying and mitigating risks during all phases of the project.
- Defining and implementing a clear and effective communication plan.
- Overseeing interfaces and impacts with other projects and existing facilities.
- Monitoring project budgets, including the creation and tracking of S-curves.
- Developing and managing project schedules using MS Project.
- Ensuring compliance with all EHS and legal requirements.
- Organizing and leading coordination and follow-up meetings.
- Managing relationships with engineering offices and external partners.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who brings:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager.
- A master’s degree in engineering (or equivalent qualification).
- Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (a strong asset).
- Fluency in both French and English, with excellent communication skill
