YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive (Senior) HR Operations Analyst with Spanish to support the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth HR operations by responding to employee inquiries related to policies, procedures, and benefits.
The position also involves maintaining accurate employee records, supporting compliance with internal policies and employment regulations, and assisting with audit preparations.

YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and confirm commitments that align with contractual requirements.
• Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and escalations via phone, live chat, email, and case management systems.
• Process, maintain, and support a variety of HR transactions, including: talent development, mobility, workforce administration, talent acquisition, case management, HR helpdesk, and compensation.
• Ensure all process documentation (e.g., process maps, procedures) is regularly updated and maintained within agreed timelines using the designated support tools.
• Coordinate effectively with third-party providers, vendors, and multiple internal stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid experience in workforce or employee data administration, ideally 4–6 years within the HR domain.
• Proficiency in Spanish at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Strong project management skills, preferably demonstrated in a corporate or business environment.
• Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, Taleo, or SuccessFactors.
• Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and effective communication skills.
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
