Job Description

We are looking for an Automation DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in IT process automation using Ansible, capable of driving infrastructure efficiency and reliability across diverse systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate and lead workshops with IT teams to identify automation opportunities and improve system efficiency.
• Document analysis outcomes and work closely with automation designers to ensure consistent design and development practices across the customer base.
• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles to automate IT processes across platforms.
• Ensure infrastructure integrity and performance through effective automation practices.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for Ansible development.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Ansible automation implementations.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain version control repositories for Ansible scripts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in IT automation, including automation of systems such as Windows, Linux, and Databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle), and system integrations using Ansible.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and system configurations.
• Experience using version control tools such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• English language proficiency is required (both written and spoken).
