Let’s talk about the roles and responsibilities
We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the architectural vision and strategy within the Talent and Culture (T&C) domain, under the broader Digital Employee Experience initiative. This role requires deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, data architecture, and enterprise integration, with a focus on enabling seamless and secure digital experiences for employees.

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the architectural vision and strategy within the Talent and Culture (T&C) domain, under the broader Digital Employee Experience initiative. This role requires deep expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, data architecture, and enterprise integration, with a focus on enabling seamless and secure digital experiences for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Domain Expertise:
- Provide architectural leadership across the Talent and Culture technology landscape, including legacy systems like PeopleSoft, and modern platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
- Understand and model core HR functions and relationships, including employee lifecycle, payroll, leave management, learning and development, and their alignment within an overarching HCM framework.
- Data Architecture & Reporting:
- Design and support data architecture strategies leveraging Data Hub and Data Product concepts.
- Enable robust HCM reporting and analytics using platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Tableau.
- Enterprise Architecture & Governance:
- Collaborate with Security, Data, Infrastructure, and Governance & Compliance teams to ensure architectural decisions align with enterprise standards.
- Represent the T&C domain in architecture forums and gate-stage reviews, ensuring alignment with enterprise and domain-level strategies.
- Integration & Ecosystem Enablement:
- Architect and oversee integration of third-party applications (e.g., HireVue, First Advantage, SHL) into the T&C ecosystem to support functions such as screening, background checks, and assessment.
- Ensure all integrations meet compliance, security, and infrastructure requirements, following best practices and architectural patterns.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in HR or HCM domains.
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR systems and their interdependencies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP), data modeling, and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with architectural governance processes and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
