Bring to life what’s next

Being part of the Intelligent Industry Data & Analytics team and helping our clients form strategies needed to become more data driven and mastering AI & Data Governance and Management through strategies, exploration, experimentation and execution

• Helping our clients understand the impact of Data/AI on a strategical, tactical and operational level and pave the way towards reaching their strategic objectives
• Helping our clients utilize data and govern data assets to reach strategic objectives and increase business value
• Working with innovative topics at the interface between business, strategy, data and AI

Candidate profile

Your skills & career

We are looking for Senior Consultants and Managers that are empathic, great at coaching, have a growth mindset and an interest in Tech/Data/AI. We are driven by a shared purpose: Unleashing human energy through technology, data, creativeness and innovation for an inclusive and sustainable future. The person we want to invite to join our mission likely has:

• 3-7 years’ work experience, ideally from management consulting or equivalent
• Experience in one or several of the following areas: Data & AI Strategy / Data & AI Governance / Data Visualization / Process Mining & Automation / Functional Data & Analytics / Data & AI Compliance / AI Adoption / AI use case development / AI scaling / Agentic AI
• Experience, or strong interest, in one or several of the following areas: Procurement / Supply chain / Manufacturing
• Enjoy the combination of strategic analysis, tech understanding and implementation work as well as having the ability to think conceptually and analytically
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A master’s degree with a business, technical or information technology or data & analytics focus
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills
• Swedish work permit required
