The Engagement Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing relationships with key clients within the telecommunications sector. This role involves overseeing the delivery of services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving project success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, excellent project management skills, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients in the delivery phase.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
2. Project Management:
• Lead project teams in delivering services to clients.
• Develop project plans, set goals, and assign tasks to team members.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise during project execution.
3. Delivery Management:
• Oversee the delivery of services to ensure they meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement processes to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Experience working with osffshoring from India.
4. Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client feedback and concerns promptly.
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess client satisfaction.
• Develop strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
5. Sales and Business Development:
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
• P&L and financial management.
• Planning, Risk, Procurement, Quality management.
• Prepare regular reports on project performance and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project details.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on client feedback and project outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in service or project management within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent).
