Job Description

As a PM / PMO, you will be responsible for managing and supporting SAP projects. Specifically, your role will involve assisting with project planning and management, while driving the standardization of projects. Your main duties will include the following:

Establishing and Maintaining SAP Project Management Methodologies

  • Establish and maintain SAP project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Define and implement governance policies, processes, and tools to ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor project compliance with organizational standards and methodologies.

Supporting Project Management Activities

  • Support roles such as Deployment Lead, Change Management Lead, Integration Lead, etc.
  • Track issues, manage risks, monitor progress, track deliverables, and prepare status reports.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and arrange meetings.
  • Manage team members’ work hours (time management).
  • Provide support for the use of project standards (methodologies, templates, checklists, tools, etc.).
  • Set up and maintain project tools.

Document Management and Administration

  • Set up and manage version control for document portals.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reports, hotel reservations, etc.

Additional PM Responsibilities

  • Lead project teams to deliver SAP projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project success.
