As a Google Cloud Presales Leader specializing in the Contact Center or Customer Engagement, you will be designing and implementing ground breaking contact center solutions. If you have a passion for contact center transformation, conversational AI, and driving stellar customer experiences, an interest in Google Cloud Platform, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value, then this role may be the perfect fit for you. You will be working closely with our sales and solutions teams to design and present tailored contact center solutions to prospective clients. Your role will involve a combination of technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement. The role needs a techno functional leader with critical thinking, startup approach and demeanor, who can bring people together and align them to achieve exponential growth by building relationships with stakeholders.

Your role

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and develop a deep understanding of their technical and business requirements.
  • Work with customers to understand their contact center challenges and goals.
  • Design and develop solutions that address customer needs using CCaaS
  • Develop and present customized demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that showcase the capabilities of Google CES/CCAI or any other Contact Center tool and it they can be used to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of the proposed solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest CCaaS technology and trends
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to share your knowledge

Your skills and experience

  • 15+ years of Professional Services, Business Development, and/or Partner Management experience
  • Demonstrated success in presales or solution architecture roles leveraging Google Cloud products.
  • Proven experience in contact center technical presales, solution architecture, or a related role.
  • Proven expertise in designing and architecting CCaaS solutions, such as Google CES/CCAI, Amazon Connect, Twilio Flex, Genesys Cloud, or Khoros.
  • Strong knowledge of Contact Center technologies, including IVR, ACD, WFM, CRM integration, chatbots, natural language processing, RPA, and reporting/analytics.
  • Familiarity with Google CES/CCAI or conversational AI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and address complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Google Cloud certification, such as the Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect, is strongly preferred.
