Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Job Description
- Strong experience in SRE .
- Proficient with the ELK (Elastic, Logstash, and Kibana) stack for monitoring, log management and visualization.
- Solid understanding of logging, monitoring, and SRE concepts.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with VMware technologies and tools in the areas of monitoring, configuration management, deployment, and operations.
- Practical experience with monitoring tools, preferably the ELK stack, as well as familiarity with Application Performance Management (APM) and Real User Monitoring (RUM).
- Experience using ITSM tools (preferably Splunk) with a solid understanding of ITSM and ITOM concepts.
- Proficient in writing automation scripts, ideally using Ansible, to implement self-healing capabilities in systems.
- 3+ years of experience as a hands-on software engineer, with a strong foundation in at least one of the programming like Java, enabling a deep understanding of core engineering principles.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization and to lead cross-functional teams toward achieving common objectives.
- Experience in supporting customer issues, coupled with strong communication skills.
- Interest in speaking or presenting at technology conferences is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate and organize efforts within large, distributed teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required

Salary Transparency Language

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $$86129 - $127189/yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
