YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams in Lisbon.

• Gather and document business requirements for Appian, Camunda, Flowable, and jBPM projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
• Create and maintain BPMN 2 process models
• Support agile methodologies in project execution
• Analyze legislation and reengineer processes for public sector projects

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic background in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or Economics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Information Systems Consulting and/or Software Engineering and Development projects
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in projects with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of BPMN processes
• Knowledge of Appian, Camunda, Flowable, jBPM
• Experience in projects involving public sector entities: legislation analysis, process reengineering
• Fluent in Portuguese.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills
