YOUR ROLE

A Capacity and Configuration Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and overseeing the configuration management process within an organization.

YOUR TASKS

• Managing the configuration of systems, networks, and software throughout their lifecycle to ensure consistency, reliability, and compliance with standards.
• Maintaining detailed records of system configurations, managing version control, implementing changes, documenting any modifications and ensures that the right resource is available internally when required to meet the customer volume demands.
• Close work with various teams to coordinate updates, resolve issues, and optimize the configuration and capacity management strategy, ultimately ensuring the company's IT infrastructure remains robust and efficient.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of specific ESM Practice Train users and new staff on the specific ESM Practice (tools, processes, standards, performance, etc.).

YOUR PROFILE

• Ability to rapidly assimilate and process complex information streams and adapt according to rapidly changing circumstances
• Knowledge and utilization of ITSM, SNOW and other Capgemini tools used
• Detailed ITIL awareness, ITIL Certification would be an advantage
• Excellent English and German communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to facilitate and coordinate technical Capacity Review Meetings
• Ability to manage, track and update in-scope Configuration Items, familiarity with SACM process
• Ability to manage and collaborate with virtual teams
