YOUR ROLE
The Security officer Security Service Manager manages the security as part of the CISO office of the client. The employee is facing off the security service delivery managers of the suppliers. The security officer Security service manager is also the escalation point for delivery and incidents.The security officer Security service manager is in charge for the whole or a part off security governance, security risks management, security awareness, supporting and driving security projects and security operations and security incident management. The CISO manages the units cybersecurity resources and budget.
YOUR TASKS
- Acting as Single Point of Contact in the scope of Security & Compliance topics for the indicated area.
- Supporting external certifications and client audits in readiness for Information/Cyber security requirements.
- Conducting Internal audits locally and globally for FS (in person/remote) as per the audit calendar. Audits span across projects and support functions.
- Documenting internal audit findings in reports and cooperating with the auditees for remediation for audit findings.
- Conducting Information Security awareness programs.
- Conducting various compliance activities such as access reviews, access reconciliation, exception review management for FS accounts.
- Being a part of Incident management team, supporting Incident monitoring, investigation and containment activities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Strong experience as a Security & Compliance Manager or similar position, preferably connected with banking/financial industry.
- ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor certification or similar.
- Minimum C1 English level - spoken and written, knowledge of phrases related to Information/Cyber security topics.
- Experience in working as an internal Lead Auditor.
- Experience in external audit and cooperation with accreditation units (e.g. BSI).
- Strong understanding of GDPR regulations and requirements.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of additional regulations related to Information Security and/or banking sector (e.g. DORA).
- Good knowledge about agile project management frameworks – Scrum and/or Kanban.
