Job Description -
High-Level Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with other Customer Support Engineers, Sales team members, and Engineering team members
- Provide technical support to partners and/or customers for Cisco small business products, technologies, and/or solutions
- Effectively troubleshoot customer reported problems both alone and as part of a team, depending on the nature of the incident..
Minimum Qualifications:
- Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) Certification/CCna Certified - Must have any
- Proven expertise in supporting Voice/multimedia over IP, cloud based telephony, and protocols like SIP
- Demonstrated knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Switching, and Wireless
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
