Your role
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for transforming the telecommunications landscape? At Capgemini, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to spearhead innovative telecom projects that shape the future of connectivity. Join our team of industry experts and drive excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our esteemed clients.
In this role you will play a key role in:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecom projects including network upgrades, infrastructure deployment, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure that project goals and objectives specific to the telecommunications industry are met within the stipulated time and budget.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure that all telecom deliverables meet the required quality and regulatory standards.
• Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews specific to telecommunications projects.
• Address any quality issues promptly and effectively.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts for senior management, with a focus on telecom projects.
• Identify potential risks specific to telecom projects and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant telecommunications regulations and policies.
Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, IT or similar
• Extensive experience in project management and delivery within the telecommunications industry at a global scale
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality services in the telco sector.
• Proficiency in telecommunications project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Fluent in English, Finnish is preferred
