Your role:
Join Capgemini’s high-performing Financial Services team as a Client Partner supporting one of our largest Big 4 banking clients in the APAC region. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth across Retail and Commercial Banking, helping to reposition Capgemini as a leading Business and Technology Transformation Partner. You’ll collaborate with senior client stakeholders, ideate innovative solutions, and shape opportunities that deliver lasting impact for both the client and Capgemini.

You’ll collaborate with senior client stakeholders, ideate innovative solutions, and shape opportunities that deliver lasting impact for both the client and Capgemini.
- Develop and grow Capgemini’s footprint within key banking divisions by establishing and nurturing client relationships.
- Drive proactive sales activities to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Lead strategic planning for your focus areas, ensuring alignment with overall account goals.
- Build account intelligence to uncover and shape new opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals, pricing, and POVs for both proactive opportunities and formal procurement processes.
- Collaborate with Global Business Lines, delivery, and operations teams to secure and deliver on deals.
- Hold P&L responsibility for your assigned division, business area, or portfolio.
Your profile:
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or Client Partner in IT Services, Consulting, or similar.
- Deep knowledge of Banking & Financial Services, with a focus on Retail and Commercial Banking.
- Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets and driving client growth.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client outcomes.
- Confident communicator and presenter with executive-level influence.
- Self-driven, curious, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Skilled in proposal development, storytelling, and slideware creation.
- Understanding of global delivery models and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
