About the job you're considering - SAP P2P- Source-to-Pay (S2P) Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP S2P Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize SAP Source-to-Pay solutions across complex enterprise environments. This role will be responsible for aligning business requirements with SAP capabilities (Ariba, S/4HANA, SRM, MM), ensuring seamless end-to-end procurement and supplier lifecycle management processes.

Your role

  • Lead the architecture and design of SAP S2P solutions including integration with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and other procurement platforms.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable SAP S2P architecture solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders including Procurement, Finance, and IT teams to define sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier management, and accounts payable processes.
  • Provide technical leadership during SAP S2P project lifecycles including blueprinting, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Define and implement integration strategies between SAP S2P, ERP systems, and third-party applications.
  • Develop solution roadmaps and ensure SAP S2P strategies align with overall enterprise architecture.
  • Support system configuration, prototyping, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with data security, regulatory, and governance standards across procurement processes.
  • Stay up to date with SAP innovations, release roadmaps, and market trends related to Source-to-Pay solutions.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP functional consulting with at least 4+ years specifically focused on S2P (Ariba, S/4HANA Procurement, MM, SRM).
  • Deep understanding of SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Procurement, and Supply Chain Collaboration).
  • Proven experience designing integrations between SAP S2P modules and ERP systems (SAP and non-SAP).
  • Strong business process knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle Management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • (Preferred) SAP certification in Ariba or S/4HANA Procurement.
  • (Preferred) Knowledge of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), SAP Integration Suite, and APIs.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $88,800 - $187,740 . This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
