Job Title: Salesforce Architect -Pega to Salesforce Transformation

Your role

  • Architectural Leadership: Lead the architectural design and implementation of the transformation from Pega to Salesforce Core cloud, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solutions utilizing Salesforce Core cloud and Omni Studio, specifically for Account Management functionalities.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
  • Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Salesforce with existing systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and validation processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed architectural documentation and provide training to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability.

Your skills and experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Salesforce architecture, with specific experience in Pega to Salesforce transformations.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Core cloud, Omni Studio, and Account Management functionalities. Strong knowledge of integration tools and cloud computing.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology).

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or similar certifications.

  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the telecom and media industries, particularly in the context of Radio.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $101,300-230,790. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable. The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
