Job Description

We’re hiring highly technical AWS Cloud Architect focused on Datacenter Migration role.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud computing, AWS products and services, and extensive experience in migrating data centers to the cloud.

Key Job Responsibilities

We are looking for hands-on cloud architects who will work with other Professional members in a project to:

l Analyze on-premises infrastructure environments such as Mainframe environment, network and legacy applications

l Work with customers to migrate their data center architecture to AWS. This may include, but is not limited to Re-Host , Replatform, Lift & Shift on AWS, Upgrade/Optimize for AWS, Re-Factor to open source platform on AWS

l Consult for optimal design of infrastructure, analyzing complex distributed production deployments, and making recommendations to optimize performance

l Develop innovative solutions to complex business and technology problems

l Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

l Migrate complex, multi-tier applications and databases from on-premises to AWS.

l Select appropriate AWS services to design and deploy applications based on given requirements.

l Implement cost-control strategies to optimize cloud spending.

l Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on AWS.

l Collaborate with development and IT teams to integrate systems and business models effectively.

l Advise on best practices for cloud security and compliance.

l Manage and monitor AWS cloud resources to ensure optimal performance.

l Create and maintain disaster recovery strategies.

l Provide expertise on application and infrastructure architecture on the AWS platform
