Your Role

We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead our testing efforts across multiple agile projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing test strategies, ensuring quality across all phases of the software development lifecycle
and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our testing practices.

Lead Testing Strategy: Define, implement, and manage the testing strategy within projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and stability of software releases by conducting comprehensive testing across all stages of development, from sprint planning to release.
Automation & Tools: Drive the adoption and integration of test automation tools and practices within the agile teams, ensuring efficiency and coverage in testing processes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall quality, speed, and efficiency of the testing efforts.
Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, procedures, and results.

Your Profile

• English Speaker
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communicator and ability to understand different technical topics
• Constantly learning, asking for feedback, and self-motivated
• Proactive and take ownership of your work
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and processes
• Familiarity with agile methodology
• Understanding of the Software Development Life-cycle and Software Testing Life-cycle
• Knowledge of different testing types & regression testing, sanity testing, smoke testing, exploratory testing, ad-hoc testing, user acceptance testing
• ISTQB certification or equivalent
• Previous experience with Jira, Xray, Confluence
