Job Description
- Develop and promote continuous improvement best practices
- Conduct quality audits and assessments across the semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
- Review and interpret Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Lead quality improvement initiatives and provide training to team members
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality management techniques
Your Profile
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
- Hands-on experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting technical documents, including SLAs and specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear technical documents
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience with cleanroom environments and protocols is an asset
