Job Description

  • Develop and promote continuous improvement best practices
  • Conduct quality audits and assessments across the semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports on quality metrics and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Create and maintain quality documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
  • Review and interpret Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and provide training to team members
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality
  • Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging quality management techniques

Your Profile

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing industry
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting technical documents, including SLAs and specifications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear technical documents
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience with cleanroom environments and protocols is an asset
