Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Automation & Team Lead to lead a dynamic team, manage client interactions, and drive automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between developers and business users, ensuring smooth communication, efficient project tracking, and the successful execution of automation solutions.
Primary Skills
- Experience in supply chain, MRP, spare parts, or demand planning domains is a plus.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL is advantageous.
- Strong experience in team management, client communication, and project coordination.
- Hands-on expertise in VBA, SAP scripting, Python (automation), Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive process improvements through automation.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing trackers and documentation.
