We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Data & AI team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, experience in data science, and at least 2 years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data science and AI projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of project deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to drive project progress and team alignment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data science and AI projects.
• At least 2 years of experience as a project manager leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of data science tools and technologies.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
