Job Description
- Develop and customize ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Design, configure, and maintain workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate ITSM processes.
- Implement and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.
- Perform system administration tasks, including user management, security configuration, and platform upgrades to maintain optimal performance.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical solutions, and ensure successful implementation and support of ITSM functionalities.
