RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor project timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Ensure efficient workflow and communication within the team
• User story creation: gather requirements from stakeholders, write clear, concise and comprehensive user stories.
• Prioritize and maintain the product backlog
• Work closely with the development team to understand technical challenges and requirements
• Facilitate Scrum events: Such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support product owners
• Prepare and present weekly management updates
• Encourage continuous improvement in team process to enhance productivity.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a software development environment
• Excellent undestanding of the software development cycle.
• Experience in writing user stories and managing product backlog
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience using any management tool such as Jira, Trello, etc.

Desirable:

• Certification in project management (eg. Agile, Scrum, PMP).
• Background in AI, data science, or related fields.
