Agile Coach/Delivery Manager_Porto

Capgemini's Project Execution department is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Delivery Manager to join our dynamic Turbine Control Software organization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainable energy solutions and drive innovation in software development for advanced turbine systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality software solution delivery

• Coach and mentor software delivery teams across the Turbine Control Software module in Agile practices

• Foster a positive team environment that promotes innovation, learning, and continuous improvement

• Work with Project Managers and Project Tech Leads to integrate software solutions effectively into projects

• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress, liaising with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs

Required Technical Skills and Certifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence

• Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) is preferred

Desired Experience and Background:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Agile Coach, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Project Manager

• Extensive experience implementing Agile practices in software development environments

• Deep understanding of Lean principles, including Value Stream Mapping and Continuous Improvement

• Demonstrated success in applying Agile and Lean principles to enhance team and organizational performance

Soft Skills and Leadership Qualities:

• Expert-level knowledge of Agile methodologies and principles

• Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both verbal and written, in English

• Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

• Open-minded approach and adaptability to an international, fast-paced environment

• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and ownership
