Job Description
- Collect all information and activities linked to business risks: Gather and analyze data related to potential business risks, ensuring comprehensive risk assessments are conducted.
- Developing, maintaining, or implementing business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions: Design and implement robust strategies to ensure business continuity and effective disaster recovery.
- Creating crisis management plans to keep an organization functioning after disruptive events: Develop detailed crisis management plans to ensure the organization remains operational during and after disruptive events.
- Preparing and planning for an organization’s response to situations that could disrupt normal operations: Strategically plan and prepare for various scenarios that could impact normal business operations.
- Initiating and managing updates to planning documentation: Regularly update and manage documentation related to business continuity and risk management plans.
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings focused on business continuity concerns: Organize and lead meetings to address and discuss business continuity issues and strategies.
- Participating in preparation of annual regulatory filings: Assist in the preparation and submission of annual regulatory filings related to business continuity and risk management.
- Creating and executing project plans based on business continuity goals: Develop and implement project plans aimed at achieving business continuity objectives.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or a related area.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to business continuity and risk management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate and facilitate meetings.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using business continuity planning software and tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
