Assist in technical aspects of implementation of Service Management and Service Integration and Management solutions for our existing and prospective clients. The role requires thorough knowledge of tools and technologies used within the platform/engagement. Includes ITSM, ITFM, ITBM, LMS, ESM Catalog, ESM Portal, the entire ServiceNow portfolio, EAF, etc.
