Job Description
The Microsoft Technologies Engineer will utilize expert level experience and knowledge of on-premises Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft Identity Manager, Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Directory Synchronization tools, for a large enterprise environment operations support and administration.
Work closely with vendors to resolve user and production issues.
Participate in operational support and on-call for a large enterprise environment.
Troubleshoot Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) on-premises servers and M365 resources.
Generate operational documentation including change management paperwork.
Work on multiple operational issues at one time
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Provide support for release deployments in a 24x7 operations environment as required.
Produce technical and operational documentation.
