YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Developer at Capgemini Engineering, you will be commercially responsible for part of a strategic account in the high-tech and semiconductor industry. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, shaping solutions, and building long-term partnerships.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies from lead generation to contract closure.
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, expanding existing contracts.
- Driving digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Capgemini’s Engineering portfolio.
- Managing the sales pipeline, ensuring clear reporting and sustainable growth.
- Building and maintaining relationships at management and executive levels.
YOUR PROFILE
You are a strategic and commercially driven professional with a passion for technology and client success. You bring:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a sales-driven environment.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in Engineering or R&D services.
- Fluency in English, and ideally Dutch.
