Capgemini engineering is seeking an experienced Customer Project Manager to join our Professional Services team in Spain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage 3-5 medium-sized projects for enterprise financial sector clients.
• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Implement project structures and processes to achieve business outcomes for our customers.
• Manage project scope, changes, risks, and communication.
• Oversee project metrics, finances, and profitability.
• Identify additional business opportunities and provide input for presales and renewal evaluations.
Requirements:
• University degree or equivalent plus 6+ years of experience in project management in a comparable industry.
• Fluency in Spanish (native) and English.
Desirable certifications:
• CAMP or PMP, SCRUM, CCNA or CCNP.
• Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Technical knowledge of network infrastructure and communication technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
