- Performing qualification and evaluation processes for semiconductor components, including DC-DC converters, PLLs, ADCs, and DACs.
- Assessing and improving the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in semiconductor testing.
- Designing and executing tests for critical parameters in Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) design, with a focus on jitter analysis.
- Evaluating the robustness of components against various stress factors.
- Collaborating with the photonics testing team and contributing to the expansion of photonics testing capabilities.
- Working with probe cards and test sockets, understanding their roles in both volume production and testing phases.
- Conducting failure analysis and implementing "test on continue on fail" methodologies when necessary.
- Analyzing and interpreting Capability Index (CP) and Process Capability Index (CPK) values.
- Performing characterization of ASICs and high-power components.
- Staying current with emerging technologies, including chiplets and their role in semiconductor design and testing.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in Electronics, Nano-Technologies, or a related field. Knowledge in photonics is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ASIC testing or related roles
- Hands-on experience with automated test equipment (ATE) for ASIC testing
- Familiarity with automotive qualification standards, particularly AEC-Q100
- Proficiency in reliability testing methodologies, including HTOL testing
- Strong understanding of semiconductor components (DC-DC converters, PLLs, ADCs, DACs)
- Experience in PLL design and testing, with a focus on jitter analysis
- Knowledge of probe card technology and test socket applications
- Familiarity with failure analysis processes in semiconductor testing
- Understanding of CP and CPK values and their significance in quality control
- Experience in testing high-power components (preferably over 1000W)
