Capgemini is seeking an experienced and visionary Cloud Infrastructure Enterprise Architect to join our growing team in the Nordics. If you're passionate about technology-driven transformation, cloud strategy, and enterprise architecture — and thrive in complex, client-facing environments — this is the role for you.
Your Role
As a Senior Architect within our Nordics Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) practice, you will be a trusted technical advisor to our clients, leading the design and delivery of strategic infrastructure and cloud transformation initiatives. Your focus will be to drive business growth and enable change through innovative architecture, technology adoption, and delivery excellence.
You will:
- Define and deliver enterprise-grade IT and cloud architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and client roadmaps
- Lead complex solution design, project delivery, and pre-sales engagements across multiple industries
- Leverage your experience across on-premise environments and public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) to architect hybrid, modern infrastructures
- Drive large-scale migration projects, with a strong track record of successful execution and business impact
- Manage and inspire large, cross-functional teams, including internal, client, and third-party resources
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, working directly with CTOs, Chief Architects, and senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, service innovation, and operational excellence
- Support technical recovery and improvement strategies across client accounts when needed
Your profile

You’ll bring:
- Strong experience in enterprise IT architecture, including deep knowledge of on-premise infrastructure and cloud technologies
- A proven track record of leading large teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Demonstrated success in leading large cloud migration initiatives from legacy systems to modern platforms
- Strong pre-sales and delivery background, with the ability to contribute to business growth and client acquisition
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences
- Recognized certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect)
- A flexible and strategic mindset, with resilience in evolving and fast-paced environments
