Your role

We are looking for Business Analysts to join our CPRD (Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution) team in Malmö or Helsingborg, where you work with some of the leading a most well-known brands within the Retail industry. As a Business Analyst you play a leading role in complex client projects at the intersection of business and IT, advising and supporting our clients in their digital transformation. The responsibilities will vary; you will for example:
• Act as Subject Matter Expert within your area of expertise
• Be part of developing, implementing, and improving business processes
• Design and implement technology solutions enabling business to take advantage of our customers current and emerging opportunities
• Be part of an Agile Delivery team and act as the Product Owners extended arm
• Be responsible for understanding business requirements and customer needs and translating these to user-stories
• Support our sales organization in shaping and advising on new deals
• You advise our customers in the areas of supply chain management, logistics, warehouse management, enterprise resource management, customer relationship management and Loyalty in multi-channel commerce (including eCommerce)
• Support our sales organization in shaping and advising on new deals
• With your individual strengths and your professional expertise, you will work on the further development of our service portfolio

Your profile

• Well-founded, industry-specific expertise from the Consumer Products & Retail industry, especially Consumer Products.
• Knowledge of IT processes in retail (e.g. in the areas of SCM, Logistics, WMS, ERP, CRM, Loyalty, eCommerce).
• You can contextualize and apply trends and technologies such as Cloud, Agile, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Warehouse Automation and Robotics.
• Experience in requirements elicitation, process modelling and analysis and/or Product owner experience, understanding of systems lifecycles and design.
• Project Management experience and experience working as a consultant is also valued.
• You are characterized by your focus on results, your strategic thinking, your high level of self-motivation and customer orientation.
• You are a strong communicator who understands the importance of fostering relationships with business and IT stakeholders, you are comfortable working in a mixed client and Capgemini agile environment – and have a good level of Swedish both spoken and written.
• Bachelor or academic background preferred (or equivalent experience) - preferably in computer science.
