Job Description

  • Strong knowledge on Marketo Administration - Ability to understand, implement solutions using Marketo - Munchkin tracking code and key settings.
  • Ability to audit, better understanding of transactional vs promotional setup
  • Good understanding of data, web-development - includes responsive web-pages, Email templates. Strong knowledge on JS and APIs
  • Better understanding of analytics - Website Tracking, Multi-Channel Interactions, External Tracking setup etc

Primary Skills:

  • Strong knowledge on B2B and CRM integrations
  • Understanding the client strategies and providing/suggesting the better/optimised solutions based on client requirements. Enables the solution to address the agreed business and technical requirements.
  • Identify new opportunities and nurture the sales pipeline with the goal to accelerate qualified prospects and drive revenue
  • Good knowledge on Nurture Programs, Lead Generations, Progressive Profiling, Lead Scoring strategies. Ability to suggest clients
  • Understanding the B2C and B2B differences and ability to setup integrate multi-channel communications. Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing and will have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience building digital marketing programs that fuel a direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales pipeline.
  • Ability to guide/lead the team members or similar experience preferred
  • Provides written documents and verbal presentations for each client to guide the creation of new marketing plans and strategies
  • Works within the client's budget to produce effective promotional materials and advertising opportunities
  • Establishes marketing tracking methods to help each client evaluate performance over time
  • Good with either Java Scripting or Velocity Scripting, HTML/CSS
  • Good to have End user training capability on Marketo or any similar marketing tools.

Secondary Skills:

  • Certifications - Marketo Certified Expert(or any similar certification - mandatory)
  • Certifications - Marketo Certified Associate (optional/not mandate)
  • Strong knowledge on B2 skillsets + addition to that strong knowledge on Events setup, running Webinars
  • Strong knowledge on Subscription Centers - Managing preferences
